There are plenty of clubs out there that for years have tried to say that running classes is better than personal training. It isn't, it never has been. Individual tuition is available to ensure you learn at your pace, and the work done in the early stages is absolutely critical. Our training is structured, and the aim is to fast track students to punching with force and balance. There are clubs in the lower mainland raking in money from members. Those members may never learn to box properly or reach their potential.

Back in the day, club shows were a way for clubs to obtain funds to keep going that year, now it's being used by clubs, some raking in cash using charities, then funneling funds into their bank accounts. This crystallizes the reason that value for money and integrity are so rare it's simply greed on behalf of the clubs, and they do not deserve to be involved in boxing.
